This weekend, we will see if Jake Paul is all he claims to be when he takes on 58-year-old “Iron” Mike Tyson in the ring.
Tyson, who is 31 years older than Jake Paul, hasn’t fought since 2005, when he officially retired from the sport after a loss to Kevin McBride. However, Tyson has been training for this fight relentlessly, and his trainer told media sources that he is in the best shape of his life.
Tyson has an impressive fight record of 50-6 with 44 knockouts. His most recent fight was an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. in 2020 that ended in a draw.
Jake Paul, the younger brother to now WWE superstar Logan Paul, has a professional fight record of 10-1, according to NBC Chicago. Paul has won four straight fights since his first loss to Tommy Fury in February 2023.
