UFC Fight Night 176 on Saturday night is the second event that the MMA promotion has held since restarting their post-Coronavirus schedule, and USA sportsbook sites have provided odds for each matchup.
Thanks to the ingenuity and relentless efforts of Ultimate Fighting Championship CEO Dana White, the effect of COVID-19 quarantine regulations have had a minimal effect on operations, causing only a seven-week shutdown.
The event will air on ESPN 9 and ESPN+ streaming with preliminary matchups starting at 6 PM and the main card beginning at 9 PM.
The event will be held at the UFC’s APEX center in Los Vegas, Nevada without fans present. Popular sportsbooks have produced odds for betting on the UFC, with lines offered on each fight.

Woodley vs. Burns
- Tyron Woodley -185
- Gilbert Burns +150
The main event for Saturday Night’s UFC card is Tyron Woodley vs. Gilbert Burns. These welterweights are hungry to climb the ladder towards another championship fight, and the winner of this bout is certain to get a shot at the title in the near future.
The tale of the tape reveals an incredibly even fight, on paper at least. Woodley has a three inch advantage in reach over Burns, but is also five years older.
Tyron Woodley (19-4-1) | Gilbert Burns (18-3-0) | |
Age | 38 | 33 |
Height | 5’8″ | 5’8″ |
Weight | 170 pounds | 170 pounds |
Reach | 74 inches | 71 inches |
“I say that this is my house and that’s why I can’t wait to compete… On Saturday, I think I’m going to shock a lot of people.”
– Gilbert Burns
Burns is on a five-match win streak and is fresh off a round one TKO victory over Demian Maia at UFC Fight Night 170: Brasilia last March. He’ll enter his bout against Woodley Saturday Night with a little extra swagger.
Woodley is on a mission of his own, and that is to reestablish his name as a serious contender in the ranks of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Woodley’s last bout was 15 months ago where he lost his Welterweight Title to Kamaru Usman, in a match that left fans wondering if he had anything left in the tank. A swift defeat of Burns would go a long way in that effort.
Add depression to the list of demons that Woodley has had to conquer over the last few months. BJPenn is reporting that following his title loss, he found that everything from training techniques to friendships had fallen into question.
His determination has paid off as his physique at weigh-in time looked incredible. He is currently favored to win with -185 odds., which means a wager of $185 would be required to earn a $100 payday.
Alternatively, if you feel that Burns is positioned for the upset, a wager of $100 on his +150 odds will bring home bettors $150 to celebrate with.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s next event will be UFC 250 on June 6, also from the APEX center in Las Vegas. Below are the remaining odds for UFC Fight Night 176.
